Truthfully the experience was very challenging. My daughter and myself were put through grueling exercises that pushed us to the edge of our comfort zone. The training was hard! Sandra pushed, evaluated our performance sent us home with exercises to work on and then pushed us hard again the next week. At the time of the Jade's training with Sandra, Jade wanted to make the female rep team as a first year bantam player. She trained hard that summer both on her cardio and strength with Sandra and on her shot with Craig. When it came time for tryouts not only was she able to make the team but two associations were interested. After that season and training with Sandra, Jade made the U16 identification camp at 13 and spent a few days training with the best in British Columbia. She made the U16 identification camp again this year at 14 and plans to be back training with Sandra this summer. The reality is that if you have the desire and you want to get better athetically Sandra will make you better and get you to the next level.  If you want to learn how to shoot a puck and how to play hockey Craig will make you better . It is really that simple!

I would highly recommend Sandra Sherbaty as a personal trainer. For a number of seasons Sandra prepared my daughter for her hockey try outs. The sessions helped to make my daughter stronger in preparation for her try outs and the upcoming season. Sandra’s knowledge is vast and she fully understands what it takes to train an athlete.  Sandra not only understands the physical demands of training an athlete, but also fully supports the athlete’s mental well-being. She is passionate in what she does and this passion transfers to her clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as anyone’s personal trainer.     Kristin Rosner

I was fortunate enough to spend two weeks learning from and training with Sandra and Craig Sherbaty in the summer of 2014.  Training and living with the Sherbaty family was a rewarding experience for me. Both Sandra and Craig are not only very knowledgeable in hockey but in how to train athletes correctly as well. They are very welcoming and kind people, they took me into their home with open arms. They push their trainees to their physical limit while maintaining an element of fun and enjoyment. My time there was very beneficial toward my hockey career, it’s been three years since I worked with them and I’m still using what they taught me.
I lived with Craig and Sandra Sherbaty for seven months while I was with the Aldergrove Kodiaks. There is no better place in the lower mainland to pursue your hockey dreams than living with these people. The facilities that we used while I was there were second to none. Being able to go from strength training in the gym, to working on my hands and shot in the shooting gallery, to lounging in the hot tub or sauna was amazing. Craig and Sandra breed high quality hockey players that are not only good on the ice but also excellent people off it. There are no better people to help mold you as a hockey player.

Creston Valley Thundercats 2016-2017

"I trained all my 4 years playing for the Spokane Chiefs major junior WHL with Sandra Sherbaty in the off season. She helped me each summer push myself to be all I could be. Each year coming into training camp I had confidence going in knowing that I was in tip top shape. Extremely blessed by the mental training she would provide for me helping me get over the mental blocks I had. I highly recommend Sandra if you want to make the next level!"  Michael Aviani

“Titans Assemble” is the perfect example of the hockey family I come from. Mr. and Mrs. Hockey, Craig and Sandra Sherbaty have created a lifestyle for hockey players to train on ice, off ice and in our spare time giving back to the younger generations by coaching a team. It has been a lifestyle for those two individuals that have changed the shape of hockey in and around our communities. My journey started eight years ago when the 90’s Titans designed the original jerseys and became part of the hockey family that we sill have today. I captured a PIJHL title in 2010 and it was because of the push of the duo and their determination. I would not be the man and hockey player I am today if it wasn’t for the dynamic duo of Hockey. They have become great mentors and friends over the years. I wish them the best in their future endeavors and know that whatever they achieve they did with passion and they did it FER DA BOYZ!” Matt Malenstyn, alumni

“I have been skating with Craig Sherbaty since 2005. Before joining the Pacific Titans program I was playing bantam B, and that was not where I wanted to be. I wanted to be playing the highest level I could. I decided that if I wanted to play at the next level I needed to skate with the right guy. Since joining the program, I went from playing bantam B, to 2 years of major midget, to 4 years with the Langley Chiefs of the BCHL, and next year I will be playing NCAA division 1 hockey at the Rochester Institute of Technology. None of that would have been possible without the help of Craig and Sandra Sherbaty, and the Pacific Titans hockey program!” Brandon Thompson, alumni
