Testimonials

At the time of the Jade's training with Sandra, Jade wanted to make the female rep team as a first year bantam player. She trained hard that summer both on her cardio and strength with Sandra and on her shot with Craig. When it came time for tryouts not only was she able to make the team but two associations were interested. After that season and training with Sandra, Jade made the U16 identification camp at 13 and spent a few days training with the best in British Columbia. She made the U16 identification camp again this year at 14 and plans to be back training with Sandra this summer. The reality is that if you have the desire and you want to get better athetically Sandra will make you better and get you to the next level.  If you want to learn how to shoot a puck and how to play hockey Craig will make you better . It is really that simple!

Q - If we do a session off ice, how do we transfer to the ice?

A -  Players can transfer to ice by; getting lower (bend knees and widen feet), always have a tight grip on stick, FOCUS on set up position and finishing position (if you have a bad set up...) and be consistent in practice.
